Hey there Mike, I understand your frustrations (we talk about it a lot off-list anyways hehe). I still would like you to stay on board a little longer, I for one would still like to see your ASDoc implementation. Certainly, I think I was the only one on the list to respond to your posting about it, but I'm hoping most people just missed those mails.
So folks, listen up, Mike managed to build an ASDoc replacement using hte new compiler framework in a matter of a week or so. I say that deserves at least one 'hooray', right? I for one I'm interested to see if I could add some kind of docbook support to his ASDoc implementation, that way PDF output for as3 documentation would be really easy to generate. I'm headed to New York tomorrow and Vegas on Sunday, so I won't have time to dedicate any time until after 360Min but I agree with Mike that the compiler framework is quite probably the most important part of the Apache Flex effort.
