Good Evening,

It has been sunny and cool the last few days.  Now the wet weather is back for the coming week.  Frost has turned most of the leaves their respective colors.  The bracken fern ranges from green to gold to brown, depending on its exposure.  The Gray jays have migrated out of the canopy down to the lower branches.  The Steller's jays are finding more peaceful locations elsewhere.  A few nearby owls start calling each evening at dusk.

The sun has a new string of very active spots.  One CME just missed, but its effects are being felt.  There were numerous RF black outs this week.  X class flares were popping off regularly though only the previously mentioned CME occurred.  I expect those active spots are not done yet.  There may be an RF black out tomorrow but it cannot affect both nets.  Please notice the seasonal time change.
