OK, done. I added some of Tal's ideas to the current wording. I didn't
add a third column since we don't want to make it too complicated, but I
clarified that help is always welcome even for those languages that seem
"complete".

I didn't include the suggestions by Alexandro since I didn't have a
patch, but it's simply a style improvement so Alexandro feel free to go
