According to the incubation process [1], we require three IPMC votes for approval. We currently have two (thanks, George and Julian) and await a third. I propose extending the 72-hour deadline to secure the final IPMC vote, after which we'll determine if we release 0.7.1-rc2 or introduce a third release candidate.
