1. Only the servers are running 2. VMs shouldn't make much of a difference. Yes, it may add a little overhead, but not to the extent I'm experiencing, wouldn't you agree? Further, the server it's running on is not even half loaded, so each server is assigned a physical core at this point. 3. HT is enabled...it's a requirement for my host...(understandably so, they have to make a profit somehow without gouging customers...) > 2013/10/28 Absurd Minds <goabs...@absurdminds.net> >> >> Hey there! I replied with a list of the custom variables on the server for everyone's digestion. Everything else is set to stock. Do you see anything inherently wrong with this configuration? Or do you think the problem is exclusively with the kernel not being optimized? >> On Oct 28, 2013 6:49 AM, "Asher Baker" <asher...@gmail.com> wrote: >>> >>> 1. But, even when the server isn't nearly full, the processor utilization is said to be at 100% (with 20 players)... I will also say that I have tried as minimalist of a configuration as possible when it comes to plugins with the DM server (MM, SM, & DM Plugin only) and still had the same choppiness/latency issues. I also appreciate others mentioning they are having the same issues as me. Any further suggestions are noted and appreciated.
