I’ve purchased two 80s era boats in the past 5 years and have gone with Progressive. They haven’t had any issues with my surveys (and the surveys found a number of issues).
They’ve also covered a long distance tow home, outside of the max distance cap, and paid for a haul out when I ran around, both times they were cooperative.
