The "kill" cable broke on my 2GM20, at the engine end. The cause (I think) was that as the arm moved the wire was flexing where it was clamped to the arm. My question: should that clamp (square block of metal with a hole for the wire and a screw to clamp) rotate in the arm. Mine does not. Can be because of corrosion, does not want to force it if it does not meant to rotate...
