Yup, that's our interior. The panels are made of a 3/16" thick teak veneer plywood, cut using the old plastic panels as patterns. We replaced the two next to the mast, the one over the galley sink and the one over the walkway to the aft cabin. We left the white plastic one in the heads as it is over the shower. They are still held up with velcro, it seems to hold very well.
We took out the florescents that were above them and put in down lights in the wood panels instead, an easy job as the wiring doesn't need to change.
