1. Marco said that on the forum long after I gave up on v-racks.

2. My sales person NEVER stated that they would extend the sessions. 

Bottom  line, it's still a customer service issue. They're well aware that they 
could tweak their system and policy to better meet the needs of their students 
and they choose not to. It's very much like the errors that are in the 
workbooks that come up on the forums occasionally.
