One tiny point that I noticed while rereading: There now is a section
titled "acknowledgements" after one whose title starts with "appendix", I
suppose I was careless while I copied text from 6855. I think most RFCs
have the acks just before the references, right? Perhaps it's best to move
it up to be in the usual location.
