I am willing to be shown otherwise
(specific examples required), but
creating a sole proprietorship, or
even an LLC[0], seems well within
the access of anyone who wishes
to receive resources.

At this point, without specific
examples to the contrary, this
seems like a proposal without
justifiable merit, and should be
abandoned.



[0] Some states do require a bit
more for LLCs (FD: I do have
an LLC in an expensive state
for such, but it is still not onerous).
