I don't think there's any way for pre-Banner events to make it easier to get a Transparent afterwards – if you earn a Ribbon pre-banner then you qualify for it post-Banner, but the qualification goes away within 7 days of the Banner, whereas Transparent can't be awarded until it's been more than 7 days post-Banner (you can *qualify* for it but the qualification doesn't help – having owned Transparent within the previous 7 days (to make the Banner possible) places you on lockout from awarding yourself Transparent via qualification). -- ais523
