How about we tie this into the "religious" gameplay we had cooking in that other thread? Offices working for the "greater good" and all. (I'm not too comfortable with Offices gaining currency of the 'main game' because I feel like that subverts gameplay, it's like if the Banker in Monopoly got more cash because he was such, or the referee of a football match earned points for their preferred team because they're doing their job...)
