Actually, I've been thinking about Blots quite a bit recently. My
thoughts were along the lines of automatically absolving one Blot every
time a player gets a Note; that sets a value for a Blot immediately, and
also means that the more useful things that players do, the more they
can get away with (or at least the shorter the punishments they accrue).
