I can deal with it, if the vendor provides significant ongoing support,
development, and infrastructure.  I feel like Preseem earns their cut of the
revenue.  I don't complain too much about Cambium's per-sub fee for CBRS,
especially since they pay the SAS guys who also get a cut.  Intuit on the
other hand does very little for their software subscription revenue, IMHO.

I find it frustrating because *everyone* wants a piece of recurring revenue.
Am I just generating revenue to feed to subscriptions?
