Hi!

this is really an interesting proposition but as you notice, we are not
used to manage money in our free software project :-)

There are some problems to resolve if we want to go further :
- what do you call an arcade version ? do you need special device
handling ? what features are needed ?
I suppose that Options menu will probably be hidden and so on, but this
is easy...
- what about the support ?
- how can you legally remunerate "us" ? For the moment, we are thinking
about creating an association for managing this money and try to
organize some events.
- what can we do with this money ? (this is only a Wormux team problem ;-))

Well, as you have probably noticed, the game also has some bugs, it need
sounds and so on, so currently, I don't think it can be sold like this.

The money can be a solution to pay a professional sound maker for doing
some sounds. As game vendor, perhaps you know some that would agree to
release their sounds in GPL licence ?
Anyway, it will not solve the bugs problem which can be only resolved by
developers. I'm quite opposed to pay someone to develop Wormux as there
is so many work done by volunteers. But the problems of current
developer is time, time to find the bug, and time to fix them :-/

We are waiting for your answers ;-)

Regards,

Matthieu Fertré (gentildemon)
