Wormux is developped under the GNU General Public License (you can find
a copy of it along with wormux files, or it's available online here:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html ), and as stated in this license
Wormux can't be selled in your terms.
You'll be able redistribute Wormux for your platform only if it's for free
(only a fee for distribution can be asked, and I fear an USB key won't
cost you 150 euros), as long as you share with us any modification you have
done to the source code of wormux.
So I think most of Wormux developpers would be really pleased to see
Wormux included FOR FREE on your platform, but you can't redistribute
it to produce an income.
