I thought the original poster probably already knew about the GPL, their
system being based on a slackware system.

That would have been what I replied though, with only one additional
restriction: the GPL licensing be somewhat prominent. But we fall in a
case of tivoisation/freebox matter: the arcade system can be rented
and, even if bought, the recipient is the buyer of this system (pub or
arcade mall owner), not the ones that are going to play on it.

One last point, Emthesis Development does not have anything to share
with the wormux project, only with the end user. They would have of
course many things to win by having upstream support, of course.

Which makes me think that I wouldn't agree contributing under the GPL3.
