Thanks. The versions I got were in the apt-get repositories for that version of Ubuntu.
I hadn't realized Cherokee had been abandoned. I am not in love with anything. I can go back to Apache. It is certainly well-documented and well-supported. Is Nginx the cat's meow? My site is not at all performance bound. I was just looking for an easier option. >
