Somewhere I read that *some version* of VNC that auto-selects, will select wrong, if VNC is connecting to "localhost" when "localhost" in reality is an SSH tunnel. Is that the case with RealVNC 3.3.4 and above? What is the workaround? Also, with RealVNC 3.3.4 can I setup specific vnc options on a connection by connection basis? If so how? If not, how do I change the default options in general? Thanks, I use VNC many times, everyday.
