Would changing Settings -> Accessibility -> Accessibility shortcut to VoiceOver be an option?

I got made for iPhone hearing aids in June. So now, when I tripple click the side button, I'm asked whether I want to change VoiceOver or my hearing device. I sometimes need sighted help to do something with my phone. What I think I must do now is turn bluetooth off first before tripple clicking the side button. Or maybe I ask my sighted help to tripple click the side button and turn VoiceOver back on.
