You need to be careful with Verizon. Sometimes you get people who don’t know what the heck they are talking about. I have apple care that I pay for so when I need to replace the battery on my 13 pro max I will be able to have it done. I will call best buy who is a certified apple dealer and they will be able to replace the battery for me and since I have apple care, it won’t cost me any money. I’d call apple accessibility and talk to them. Also not having a home button is no big deal. It is something you can get used to with a little practice. Sent from my quantum phone!!
