Hi Thank you very much. Yes, ideed, at least the last 2 things I did do, that's to say, we restarted the phone, and also closed all apps out from the app switcher. I will certainly try swiping through all the pages and trying, and yes, fortunately there is some sighted help around, so that option can be indeed utilised.

Jan, I replied in another message that often such static information on the screen is across multiple pages visually and a sighted person has to scroll down through that text to the last page before the Agree and Disagree buttons become visible and available to tap. Voiceover may read the entire text and get to the buttons but visually still the first screen of text is on the screen. As I said before, try a 3-finger swipe up on the screen to go from page 1 to page 2 and repeat until you get to the last page, then try the Agree button again. If that doesn’t work I would probably simply ask a sighted person to do this before I’d go through the trouble of wiping my device. Also, it is a good idea to make sure all apps are closed from the app switcher and to at least do a reboot of the phone, i.e. turn it off completely, wait 30 seconds or so and then turn it back on. The update showed up in the normal way, and all the agree and disagree buttons came along, but at the very last button you have to agree or disagree to, the phone will not respond to those buttons. I double tapped on both the buttons, nothing happening. We restarted the phone, closed all apps out of the app switcher, and every time the results are the same. I did not connect it to itunes on my machine, wanted to do it over the air. Any ideas as to why the phone might not want to respond to those buttons?
