Hi I wanted to help a friend of mine to upgrade his 5s to ios 8.3. The update showed up in the normal way, and all the agree and disagree buttons came along, but at the very last button you have to agree or disagree to, the phone will not respond to those buttons. I double tapped on both the buttons, nothing happening. We restarted the phone, closed all apps out of the app switcher, and every time the results are the same. I did not connect it to itunes on my machine, wanted to do it over the air. Any ideas as to why the phone might not want to respond to those buttons? Result of all that is that the upgrade can not be performed. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
