And you are shure that there is not have been sett restrictions in your
wifi-router?
The if that is ok. the last advice i can give you, reset the device to
factory default, make the upgrade and restore the backup you hopefully
have done.
Just to be shure, the upgrade have never been downloaded to that device
or? It is a quite large file, maybe the problem is that there is short
of memoryso try to uninstall a few apps wich maybe is to large and se
what happends. Thats the suggest i have.

Maybe your mobile carrier don't allow that bigg files.. some have
restrictions. so make shure that you are conected by wifi and the

I wanted to help a friend of mine to upgrade his 5s to ios 8.3.
The update showed up in the normal way, and all the agree and
disagree buttons came along, but at the very last button you have
to agree or disagree to, the phone will not respond to those
buttons. I double tapped on both the buttons, nothing
happening. We restarted the phone, closed all apps out of the
app switcher, and every time the results are the same. I did not
connect it to itunes on my machine, wanted to do it over the
air. Any ideas as to why the phone might not want to respond to
those buttons? Result of all that is that the upgrade can not be
performed. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
