One of those rules is do not use HTML formatting. So you cannot use bold.

One of real issues that I fixed several times is that the references
to our mailing list
should point to the "Mailing Lists" page
(http://tomcat.apache.org/lists.html#tomcat-users),
instead of just providing the subscription address.
I might have missed to fix some of those.
