Thanks Maxim. I don't believe he tried FF. So he could give that a try. I can also ask him to check if the same issue exists if only one of the two things is chosen. He was able to get the mic to work once, but that camera never came up. And after restarting the computer he wasn't able to use either the camera or mic. Very strange. Could it be a firewall?
