Granted it's awkward to edit, but anyhow, I've added you to it. Often wondered if anybody actually finds it though. Same with the 'barebones' site. Be nice if there were links from the Ubuntu site that were prominent enough. I can't help there though.
When you said you saw the empty editing tools bar, you click on the bottom right (show editing options), then the bottom left which is labelled 'edit' and that takes you to an edit screen. You have to edit script though, not wysiwyg.
