As always, YMMV, but I'd recommend watching the entire show tonight.  It's an 
eclectic mix, and the band continues to grow its sound (though an extra 
saxophone player isn't likely to persuade those who don't care for it) and 
de-emphasize the melodica.

Personally, it seems to me that the show Colbert's LS has the biggest overlap 
with (non-cable division) is Seth Meyers Late Night.  And that's really just 
because Meyers does the most political content of the rest (even if Conan 
wasn't on cable, he doesn't do as much as Meyers)
