+1 on Finisar. Their 1/10G switching SFPs are absolutely wonderful devices. No more trying to worry about getting the right SFP for that link, just use their switchers and it automatically works. I've used them in a wide variety of vendor's optical gear, only one detected and refused to work with them that I know for certain (but they sold comparably priced SFPs, so I swallowed my annoyance).
