Dell arms, and I've never worked with them before
My experience has been with the arms from HP, and I stopped buying them
about 10 years ago after I realized that after they were loaded with cables
they almost completely blocked exhaust fans, especially on the 1U servers.
I don't know if they've changed much since then, but thus far I have been
happy with velcro strips for neat bundling/support.
From all the replies it seems that not using them is going to be the best
answer. If this was a 4U unit, my answer would probably be different.
