For several years, I insisted on cable arms.     But after our racks got more 
packed etc, I discovered that, for ME, they were more hassle than they're worth.

Cable management arms are great when you have to pull a server out while it's 
still connected or on.    But in reality, how many times does that happen?     
For me, never.   If I'm pulling a server out, it's because something in it has 
died, and I'm replacing a dim/cpu/disk/whatever.   And for that, the power/etc 
needs to be unplugged anyway.      It's easier for me to not deal with those 
stupid arms anymore.

I am certain opinions on this will be split--   but just tossing mine in here.  
  Let us know what you end up deciding!
