hi Marcus,

though the elo 123 working fine on ^3 phones, but i found the following
problems:

1. talks will force 16KHZ while on a phone call, even the elo is capable only
at 8KHZ, therefore when hang off a phone call and the
speech change from phone speaker to loud speaker, i can hear a muffle speech
for about 3 to 5 seconds. when the channel close, the
speech return to its original sound. this is noticeable when the call duration
is turn on.

2. when a phone call ringing, pressing key2 will mute the ringtone, explore the
screen or press talks+up arrow will tell the caller
ID, at this point, the speech also sounded muffle, same as the situation above.

the above problems only happen with the following configuration:

* nokia N8/E6/C7 (^3 phones)
* talks 5.21.3
* eloquence 6.1.123

however, above problem does not occur on symbian S60 5th edition and S60 3rd
edition phones.

Thanks a lot for this observation - in our tests 16kHz always seemed
most reliable for speech during a call, but if Eloquence 6.1.123 (which
now runs at 8kHz) now works just as well on all Symbian^3 phones, it may
be possible to go back to that mode for the next release, and leave
16kHz as a user option.

ciao marcus
