hi Marcus, i am thinking of that too. because, so far, i've tested the latest talks 5.21 on N8, E6 and C7, all with eloquence 6.1.123, they are working better compared to the eloquence 6.1.125. perhaps include an option for user to decide whether they want to use 8KHZ or 16KHZ in up coming release?.

Thanks a lot for this observation - in our tests 16kHz always seemed most reliable for speech during a call, but if Eloquence 6.1.123 (which now runs at 8kHz) now works just as well on all Symbian^3 phones, it may be possible to go back to that mode for the next release, and leave 16kHz as a user option. ciao marcus _______________________________________________ Talks mailing list Talks@talksusers.com http://lists.talksusers.com/mailman/listinfo/talks Hosting of this list provided courtesy of: eHosting Limited: http://www.ehosting.com/ and Talknav Inc. http://www.talknav.net/
