No, admittedly I cannot verify the precision of the data from here, but if it 
seems in general reasonably accurate to those on the ground, given the 
intention of the proponent to do the conflation manually and to skip dubious 
entries, and given the fact that we discuss about distances as short as from 
the garden gate or building entrance to the building centre, it seems this 
could be done and would improve OpenStreetMap.
