D'ailleurs il faut voir les discussions qui ont tournées autour ce cette clé... En clair beaucoup de gens ont aussi considéré que c'était une voie pédestre avec un accès autorisé au voiture et bus. Donc ce type de voies existent partout mais avec des règles établi très différentes selon les pays.
