What is the benefit of putting the breads a bakery sells into OSM?
I think all categories of bread that might affect someone's choice to go to a
bakery are already present in OSM.
For example: pastry , diet:gluten_free , diet:lactose_free.
Otherwise, bread is just bread. I will choose the variety I like best when I
get there.
And if you really want to know what they have, just go to their website which
is more likely to be up-to-date anyway.
