If all the world used SpamAssassin, that might make sense.  However
this is not the case.  The variety of spam filtering systems out there
make it so that if you adjust your ligitimate mail message so it
doesn't trigger on SA, it might trigger on some other filter or vice
versa.  Having a "watermark" that gets you by these filters for
ligitimate mail makes sense.

Personally, I think the right thing to do is to add counter-rules for
this specific spammer (the messages appear to be very easy to spot)
rather than blank out the habeas rules.

Funny thing is I haven't seen more than one or two of these spams on
my SA-protected mailboxes, and my email address is on *every*
"millions of addresses" CD out there.
