I gave up on this since I could not find a way of getting the messages
cleanly from Exchange back to the gateway. What I have instead is an
imap folder on the gateway to drop messages back into (you could also
use fetchmail from a public folder). I archive all incoming/outgoing
e-mail for the past week or so on the gateway and use a script to pull
the spams out by Message-ID from the messages that have been dropped
into the imap folder.

It's a kludge but it does work.
