Hmmm...  The article claims that SA itself generates spam, since it inserts an 
"ad" for SA into messages it tags for spam (though I fail to see how a link 
to http://spamassassin.org/tag/ could be considered an ad).  It considers 
rule descriptions like "Uses words and phrases which indicate porn" to be 
defimation, which could get ISPs and SA developers sued.  And it considers 
that altering email messages is likely a crime, similar to tampering with 
postal mail.
