Hmmm... The article claims that SA itself generates spam, since it inserts an "ad" for SA into messages it tags for spam (though I fail to see how a link to http://spamassassin.org/tag/ could be considered an ad). It considers rule descriptions like "Uses words and phrases which indicate porn" to be defimation, which could get ISPs and SA developers sued.
