Excellent suggestion. I compared the 50_scores.cf file in 2.6 with my 2.55 version and zeroed out the scores for all tests that appear in 2.55 but not 2.60. We had previously zeroed OSIRUSOFT but found there were a few more. Now messages are process in less than a second and the server CPU load has decreased from an average of .30 to .15.
Here's the full list of all of the DNS tests that we disabled for anyone else interested.
score RCVD_IN_RELAYS_ORDB_ORG 0 score RCVD_IN_ORBS 0 score RCVD_IN_UNCONFIRMED_DSBL 0 score RCVD_IN_BONDEDSENDER 0 score X_NJABL_OPEN_PROXY 0 score X_NJABL_DIALUP 0 score RCVD_IN_OSIRUSOFT_COM 0 score X_OSIRU_DUL 0 score X_OSIRU_DUL_FH 0 score X_OSIRU_OPEN_RELAY 0 score X_OSIRU_SPAM_SRC 0 score X_OSIRU_SPAMWARE_SITE 0

You need to upgrade. 2.55 contains some RBL rules for BLs that are no longer in existance, hence the 30 second timeouts. You could zero out the scores for those BLs instead - check the archives for which rules need to be disabled (I don't recall off the top of my head).
