You've caught the wrong end of the idea there, I wouldn't aim to cause
FPs, that'd be wrong, just aim to cover the ass of the fool who told me
to /dev/null it all. It'll go critical all by itself sooner or later
without any assistance, and if it doesn't then nobody will know any
different. 

Sometimes you have to look after TPTB by giving them what they need
rather than what they want, but you should still give the best you can
give, otherwise you're selling yourself short. 

Deniability, no harm done, no foul, safe move, that's what I tend to
look for. Sometimes you can't do a convenient typo, can't conveniently
not know how to do something, and then you have to give them the loaded
gun and show them where their feet are.
