It turns it into a `things explicitly reported as spam get marked as spam' system, like Razor.
This is the only safe method for people who run legitimate mailing lists through SA, I'd say.
Well I looked at a lot of examples from people who called DCC directly from procmail. And they generally would set the value to 25 to 50 not 999,999.
I can set it pretty low because this server only has a very small number of users. I cetainaly wouldn't expect an ISP to be able to.
