Well, about RPMs: I got 2.55 installed via APT on RedHat 9! Just seeking
the right up-to-date repository was the main task!

But, as I'm still interested in CPAN: can somebody tell me what/how to
do if I'd like to upgrade via CPAN? Would this mean I could remove the
RPM package?
