Growing breasts instead? The PENIS_ENLARGE test is as
follows (version 2.54):

/\b(?:enlarge|increase|grow|lengthen|larger\b|bigger\b|
longer\b|thicker\b|\binches\b).{0,50}\b(?:penis|male organ|P[
-]?P\b|pee[ -]?pee|dick|sc?hlong|wh?anger|breast)/i

If you are getting legit emails that trigger this test,
maybe you should submit samples of the text as a bug, so the
regexp can be refined to avoid the mistake.

As far as the ongoing "debate" is concerned, I can see why
the addition of the test name in the header of an email that
doesn't contain the word itself could be a problem. Many
users (including me) have their email programs set to filter
out email with words commonly associated with offensive
spam, so basically that label could be triggering additional
filtering that is unwarranted. Since the test itself seems
to have been expanded to include the word "breast", maybe
the test name needs to be revised simply for purposes of
accuracy, to something like "BODYPART_ENLARGE".
