Ooops.. sorry - I didn't spend much time there, guess I
missed the joke...
but it still is true that in the US a college does not HAVE
to be accredited, although any legit college would want to
be accredited - so I still think that somewhere along the
line, the degree-spammers are saying what they have to in
order to avoid claims of fraud.
