I think it means the latter.  The pattern has a space in the middle for

Yes.  "generic" means out-of-patent drugs, ie. they're cheap -- like
generic aspirin etc.; every small drug manufacturer can make them.

So "generic Viagra" would be a cheap version of Viagra.  It doesn't
exist of course, it's more likely to be sugar pills or something,
but that's spam products for you ;)
