There's nothing greasy DMA-speak about "double opt-in". Describe the
process to a person on the street and they'll come up with that term
to name it. It has been in use for *years* before the DMA even heard
about email. Sure, the antispam community has decided to use the term
"confirmed opt-in", but if you're gonna nit-pick about the term,
you've lost half the battle already.
