1. It only uses it for an RBL if you enable network tests (which a lot 
of people don't).

2. It's given a score of 0.5 - that's *really* low.

3. SpamAssassin doesn't block anything. It only *ever* tags email that 
it thinks is spam.

4. Your rant has absolutely nothing to do with us whatsoever - your 
complaint is against rfc-ignorant. All SA does is allow people to use 
lots of different spam block list to assign scores - you don't have to 
use them, we don't put a gun to your head.

Really, take this complaint elsewhere, it has nothing whatsoever to do 
with SpamAssassin.

Or read the manual, and turn off the use of rfc-ignorant.
