Well, we have something like this now. Substitute "10" for "100" though, and "trusted, and manually re-verified by Craig" for "trusted", and that's what we have. Basically, there's a set of people who submit the output of mass-check over their personal mail to me, and I consolidate/filter the results for sanity before feeding it all to the GA running on my dual-CPU box (gives final scores after a few hours). I generally do this for every release. We've had an insane growth in user base since the last release, so I'll need to be a lot more careful about corpus submitters for 2.30 -- which I think I'd like to release fairly soon now since we have a lot of rule changes/fixes, and it's been almost 2 months since the last release.
